Please note: We continue to accept new patients who complete payment with a major credit card, check or cash. We also provide superbills to patients for their company flex/cafeteria plans. Let us know if you are interested in our occasional specials, as well as our ongoing discounted package for Continued Care (follow-up) visits that can be shared with family and friends.
We are looking into restarting insurance billing for new patients and will update our website when we have this available again. At that point, we will be more than happy to submit the appropriate insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' notice so that we may offer this appointment to another patient. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the patient will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment.
